Mrs. Alana Grosse

Mrs. Grosse is our 2026-2027 Instructional Support Person of the Year. She one of our Para-Professionals serving our kindergarten students.

This is Mrs. Gross's fifth year in education. Prior to working in the school system, she spent 15 years as a graphic designer. She loves being able to bring her creative side into the classroom and especially enjoys helping her kindergarteners express themselves through their weekly art time. One of her favorite parts of working in education is watching her student's confidence and seeing the unique creativity each child brings to the classroom.

Mrs. Grosse and her husband have been married 16 years and have three children, who are all Hesse students. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves that both her work and family life have given her such strong ties to the Hesse community.
